Rememberance upon waking 

eyes. No! How can this be so?

Am I alone in this grandure. 

I recalled yesterdays truth – 

tarnished w/ out life’s semblance

of reality. Flashes behind eyes 

closed. Did it happen like that, 

not if given a lid’s flicker. I did it,

I can’t deny, it is on my unforgiven

brain not blurred even w/ repetitive blinks.
